I called on Saturday with frozen pipes and was freaking out. The guy on the phone was really nice and sent a service guy out. Brian came out and went through everything and fixed some leaks and got us running water again. The weekend rates were high, but they told me what to expect and I had to have it done. I called 3 other plumbers and they didn’t have anyone or didn’t answer their phone.

Great crew of people. Professional all the way! Our pipe collapsed and they quickly came in assessed the problem, located it and fixed it within a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely call them for any plumbing problems we have.

The person who came to do the work at our home, John, was very respectful. He explained the problem and what he would need to do to repair it. He did so in a timely manner and reassured me if there were any problems afterward I’d simply need to call. For future plumbing problems, we will call on Do It Right Plumbing again
